Reaction Steps

To a THF solution (3 mL) of the intermediate from Step A (100 mg, 0.193 mmol) was added 1-acetylimidazole (85 mg, 0.771 mmol). The resultant mixture was stirred at ambient temperature under a nitrogen atmosphere for 3 hours then purified by preparative TLC using 10% MeOH/1% NH4OH I DCM as eluent to give the indicated product. m/z=561.1 (M+H).
