A solution of 4-methoxy-3-buten-2-one (0.1 g, 1 mmol) and 2-fluorobenzylamine (0.125 g, 1 mmol) in dry CH2Cl2 (5 mL) is stirred under reflux for 2 h. The solvent is evaporated under pressure to afford the title compound 56 as a yellow oil (Yield 0.19 g, 100%).
