To a solution of 1-(2-chloro-phenyl)-5-[4-(1-BOC-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-pentafluoroethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (630 mg, 1.13 mmol) prepared in Example 9 in dichloromethane (6 mL), was slowly added trifluoroacetic acid (867.0 uL, 11.33 mmol) at 0° C. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour and then concentrated under reduced pressure to give 680.0 mg of the titled compound as a yellow liquid.
