5-[5-(1-BOC-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-4-yl)-thiophen-2-yl]-1-(2,4-difluoro-phenyl)-3-pentafluoroethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (480.0 mg, 0.85 mmol) prepared in Example 197 and trifluoroacetic acid (600.0 uL, 7.84 mmol) were added at 0° C. to dichloromethane (5.0 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours and then concentrated under reduced pressure to give 450.0 mg of the titled compound as a yellow liquid.
