5-(2,4-Difluoro-phenyl)-1-{3′-[3-(N-BOC-N-methyl-amino)-propane-1-sulfonyl]-biphenyl-3-yl}-3-pentafluoroethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (10.0 mg, 0.01 mmol) prepared in Example 211 was added to a saturated solution of hydrochloric acid in ethyl acetate (1.0 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours and then concentrated under reduced pressure to give 5.0 mg of the titled compound as a brown liquid.
