Reaction Steps
A solution of acetyl chloride (0.39 mg, 0.005 mmol) in dichloromethane (0.05 ml) was added to a solution of 3-[4-(6-chloro-3-methyl-4,10-dihydro-3H-2,3,4,9-tetraaza-benzo[f]azulene-9-carbonyl)-2-methyl-phenyl]-1-piperazin-1-yl-propan-1-one (2.47 mg, 0.005 mmol) in di-chloromethane (0.05 ml) and triethylamine (0.0035 ml). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 20 h then solvents were removed in vacuo to yield the title compound. (ESI)+: [M+H]+=535.5
