(R)-4-((R)-1-((5-(5-(4-acetylpiperazin-1-yl)-6-methoxypyridin-2-yl)benzo[d]thiazol-7-yl)oxy)ethyl)pyrrolidin-2-one 4.39 was prepared using a procedure analogous to that described for Example 4.31 starting with the TFA salt of (R)-4-((R)-1-((5-(6-methoxy-5-(piperazin-1-yl)pyridin-2-yl)benzo[d]thiazol-7-yl)oxy)ethyl)pyrrolidin-2-one 4.38.
