1-Propylisocyanate (13 μl, 137 μmol) was added to a solution of 4-(5-piperidin-4-yl-[1,2,4]oxadiazol-3-yl)pyridine (Example 51, 15.8 mg, 691 mol) in CH2Cl2 (0.7 ml). After stirring 18 h at rt, the solvent was removed to afford the title compound: RT=2.72 min; m/z (ES+)=316.3 [M+H]+.
