实验过程

A solution of the compound of example 48 in dichloromethane (20 mL) and containing about 1 mL of water was prepared. The solution was cooled in an ice bath and treated with TFA (10 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred for 1 hour while in the ice bath, followed by 1 hour at room temperature. The solvent was evaporated and the residue was partitioned between water and dichloromethane. The aqueous phase was extracted twice with dichloromethane. The recombined organic layer was washed with brine, dried over sodium sulfate, filtered and evaporated. The crude oil was flashed using 10% ethyl acetate in hexanes followed by 2% methanol in chloroform to give the product as a colorless oil. 1H-NMR(CDCl3, 300 MH: 1.92(m, 2H); 3.70 (s, 3H); 2.62(m, 4H); 2.87(m, 1H); 3.72(s, 3H).
