2-(2,2-Dimethyl-5-oxo-[1,3]dioxolan-4-ylidene)-N-(4-fluoro-2-methanesulfonyl-benzyl)-N-methyl-acetamide was reacted with paraformaldehyde and 2-morpholin-4-yl-ethylamine as described in Method 44B to give the title compound as a white solid (0.032 g, 69% yield). 1HNMR (300 MHz, DMSO) δ: 9.65 (1H, bs), 7.74 (1H, dd, J=8.41, 2.56 Hz), 7.64–7.59 (1H, m), 7.43–7.38 (1H, m), 4.99 (2H, s), 4.15 (2H, s), 4.00–3.53 (10H, m), 3.43 (2H, s), 3.38 (3H, s), 3.11 (3H, s).
