N,N-Dimethylformamide (5 ml) and morpholine (0.326 ml, 3.73 mmol) were added to a mixture (0.401 g) of phenyl N-(4-(1-(ethylamino)carbonyl)-1H-5-indolyl)oxy-2-pyridyl)carbamate and phenyl N-(4-(1-(ethylamino)carbonyl-1H-5-indolyl)oxy)-2-pyridyl)-N-(phenoxycarbonyl)carbamate obtained in Example 77; the reaction mixture was stirred overnight; the reaction mixture was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water; the organic layer was concentrated; and the obtained solid was washed with a solvent mixture of hexane:diethyl ether=1:1 to yield the title compound (255 mg, 0.62 mmol).
