PROCEDURE

实验过程

Prepared according to the method of example 1(a), using 2,6-dichloroquinolin-5-amine (prepared as described in Example 1(d) above) (400 mg) and 4-(trifluoromethyl)-cyclohexaneacetic acid (Example 8 (b)) (436 mg). Purification (SiO2, dichloromethane:methanol 99:1 as eluant) gave the sub-title compound (350 mg).
