Procedure
Prepared according to the method of example 2 using N-(2,6-dichloro-5-quinolinyl)-cyclohexaneacetamide (Example 1 (a)) (150 mg) and 1-methyl-piperazine (380 mg). The product was purified by chromatography (SiO2, dichloromethane:methanol 95:5 as eluant), converted to its hydrochloride salt by treatment with hydrochloric acid (4M in 1,4-dioxane) and recrystallised (methanol/ethyl acetate) to give the title compound as a solid (40 mg).
