Reaction Steps
Prepared according to the method of example 30, using N-(2,6-dichloro-5-quinolinyl)-cyclopentanepropanamide (Example 62(a)) (500 mg) and (3S)-3-pyrrolidinamine (390 mg). Purification (SiO2, methanol:dichloromethane:ammonium hydroxide solution 7:93:1 as eluant) gave the title compound as a solid (400 mg).
