Procedure
6,7-Dichloro-2-[4-(2-morpholin-4-ylethoxy)phenyl]-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine (Example 206) (0.010 g, 0.025 mmol) was dissolved in 2-morpholin-4-ylethanamine (1 ml, 8 mmol) and heated in a sealed vial at 180° C. for 40 min. The excess amine was removed under reduced pressure, and the solid residue was washed with methanol, giving the title product (0.005 g, 41%).
Workup
- customThe excess amine was removed under reduced pressure
- washthe solid residue was washed with methanol
