4-(6-Chloro-7-methyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl)-2-nitrophenol (Example 248) (105 mg, 0.34 mmol), 4-(2-chloroethyl)morpholine hydrochloride (74 mg, 0.40 mmol) and sodium hydride (29 mg, 1.2 mmol) were dissolved in DMF (13 ml). The reaction mixture was stirred at 100° C. overnight and then quenched with water (5 ml) and evaporated. The residue was dissolved in CH3CN (4 ml) and a drop of TFA and purified by HPLC C18. The appropriate fractions were collected and concentrated in vacuo to afford the subtitle compound (100 mg, 60%).
