Reaction Steps
By following similar procedure as described in Preparation 95, LiAlH4 reduction of {[3-(2-benzyl-phenoxy)-propyl]-[bis-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-methyl]-amino}-acetonitrile gives the title compound (85% yield) as oil. ESIMS: m/z 511 (M+H)+.
