Reaction Steps
The same procedure as step 3 of example 1 was accomplished, except for using the epoxide compound (420 mg, 1.48 mmol) obtained in step 1 of example 2 and N-(2-methyl-5-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl)-N-(2-methyl-2H-tetrazol-5-ylmethyl)amine. The crude product was purified by silica gel column chromatography (developing solvent-n-hexane:ethyl acetate=1:2), to give desired compound (520 mg, yield: 51%).
