Reaction Steps
As described for Example 53, 3-(3,4-difluoro-phenyl)-4-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)-5-methyl-isoxazole (78 mg, 0.3 mmol) using 4-fluorobenzotrifluoride instead of 4-fluoroacetophenone was converted to the title compound (12 mg, 10%) which was obtained as a colourless gum. MS: m/e=406.3 [M+H]+.
