Reaction Steps
As described for 1f, 1-fluoro-4-trifluoromethyl-benzene was converted, using 5-ethyl-3-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-4-(1H-imidazole-4-yl)-isoxazole (100 mg, 0.39 mmol) instead of 4-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)-3-phenyl-isoxazole was converted to the title compound (52 mg, 33%) which was obtained as an off-white solid. MS: m/e=402.1 [M+H]+.
