Procedure
A mixture of 3-chloro-9-(chloromethyl)-2-phenyl[1,2,4]triazolo[4′,3′:1,6]pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazine (10-2) (840 mg, 0.254 mmol) and dimethylamine (2M in THF, 5 mL, 10 mmol) was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. The solvent was evaporated to give 1-(3-chloro-2-phenyl[1,2,4]triazolo[4′,3′:1,6]pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-9-yl)-N,N-dimethylmethanamine (10-3).
