Reaction Steps
Using 4-methoxy-7-(tetrahydro-pyran-4-yl)-benzothiazol-2-ylamine, phenyl chloroformate and (1S,4S)-2-aza-5-oxabicyclo-[2.2.1]heptane, the title compound was prepared as white crystals (52% yield). MS: m/e=390(M+H+), mp 193-197° C.
