A solution of the product of Example 12 Step 1 (110 mg, 0.19 mmol) in dichloromethane (5 ml) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (1 ml). After stirring for 2 h, the mixture was concentrated, re-dissolved in dichloromethane and washed with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution. The organic solution was dried and concentrated in vacuo to yield the title compound (80 mg, 93%); MS (ES+) m/e 454, 456 [M+H]+.
