A solution of the product of Example 20C (33 mg) in ethyl acetate (15 mL) was treated with 10% palladium on carbon (20 mg) and hydrogenated at one atmosphere for 18 h. The mixture was filtered through celite® and the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to afford the title compound (25 mg, 76%) as a light beige solid. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 0.53 (m, 2 H) 0.68 (t, J=7.35 Hz, 6 H) 0.90 (m, 2 H) 1.10 (m, 4 H) 2.00 (m, 2 H) 2.19 (m, 2 H) 2.42 (t, J=7.35 Hz, 2 H) 2.92 (t, J=7.54 Hz, 2 H) 6.79 (s, 1 H) 7.31 (s, 1 H) 7.60 (m, 3 H) 7.79 (m, 3 H) 13.70 (s, 1 H).
