Procedure

To a solution of Example 139 (40 mg, 0.078 mmol) in dioxane (3 mL) was added a solution of 6N aqueous hydrochloric acid (3 mL). The mixture was heated at 65 C for 3 hours, and the solvent removed in vacuo. The resultant residue was purified by reverse phase preparative HPLC on a Waters Symmetry C8 column (25 mm×100 mm, 7 μm particle size) using a gradient of 10% to 100% acetonitrile/0.1% trifluoroacetic acid in water over 8 minutes (10 minutes run time) at a flow rate of 40 mL/min to provide the title (6 mg, 14%). MS (ESI) m/z=532 (M−H)+. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 0.60 (dq, J=12.8, 3.7 Hz, 1H), 0.91 (s, 6H), 0.98 (dq, J=12.8, 4.3 Hz, 1H), 1.59 (s, 3H), 2.09 (m, 1H), 2.26 (dq, J=12.8, 4.3 Hz, 1H), 3.07 (s, 3H), 7.56 (m, 3H), 7.74 (m, 3H), 8.16 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 10.22 (s, 1H), 13.77 (s, 1H).
