Procedure

The title compound was prepared from 3-[(3-{[(1,1-dimethylethyl)oxy]carbonyl}-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-3-benzazepin-7-yl)oxy]-4-(methyloxy)benzoic acid (E266, Step 2) and methylamine using the method of Example 264, Step 5; MS (ES+) m/e 327 [(M+H)—CO2tBu]+.
