4 N Hydrochloric acid in dioxane (3 ml) was added to tert-butyl 1-[6-chloro-4-(5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)pyridin-2-yl]piperidin-4-ylcarbamate (Intermediate 50, 0.12 mg, 0.32 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 45 min, then concentrated in vacuo to afford the title compound (100 mg).
