The title compound was prepared by a procedure analogous to Intermediate 125 starting from 3,4-dichloro-5-methyl-N-piperidin-4-yl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxamide (Intermediate 90, 0.5 g, 2 mmol). The product was concentrated to a solid which was purified on a silica flash column (gradient elution from 0-5% MeOH in DCM over 30 min). Purification yielded a white solid (0.22 g).
