Title compound was synthesized by an analogous method to Example 18 by coupling 2-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-6-chloroisonicotinamide hydrochloride (Intermediate 70) with 3-ethyl-4,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid (commercially available).
