The title compound was prepared by analogous method to Example 18 starting from 2-{[2-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-6-chloropyridin-4-yl]thio}-N-methylacetamide hydrochloride salt (Intermediate 220) and 4-bromo-5-methyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid (Intermediate 18).
