TEA (0.10 ml, 0.70 mmol) and 5-[2-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-6-chloropyridin-4-yl]-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2(5H)-one hydrochloride (Intermediate 51, 0.10 g, 0.33 mmol) were added to a solution of pentafluorophenyl 4-bromo-5-methyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylate (Intermediate 17) (0.12 g, 0.33 mmol) in DMA (2 ml). The mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight and was purified by semi-preparative HPLC eluting with water/acetonitrile and TFA mixtures to give the title compound (18 mg).
