The title compound was synthesized by an analogous method to Example 42 starting from 1-1-[2-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)-6-chloropyridin-4-yl]ethanone hydrochloride salt (Intermediate 197) and 4-Bromo-5-methyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid (Intermediate 18).
