Title compound was synthesized by an analogous method to Intermediate 2 by coupling 4-bromo-5-methyl-N-piperidin-4-yl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxamide hydrochloride (Intermediate 57) with 4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1957, 79, 1745).
