The title compound was synthesized by a method analogous to Example 9 by coupling methyl 2-chloro-6-(ethylthio)pyrimidine-4-carboxylate (Intermediate 96) with 3,4-dichloro-5-methyl-N-piperidin-4-yl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxamide hydrochloride (Intermediate 1).
