Reaction Steps

The title compound was synthesized by an analogous method to Example 8 starting from 2-(4-{[(3,4-dichloro-5-methyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)carbonyl]amino}piperidin-1-yl)-6-(ethylthio)pyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid (Example 202) and methoxylamine hydrochloride.
