The title compound was prepared by an analogous procedure to Example 271 starting from 3,4-dichloro-5-cyano-1H-pyrrole-2-carbonyl chloride (Intermediate 132) and methyl 4-(4-aminopiperidin-1-yl)quinoline-2-carboxylate hydrochloride (Intermediate 136).
