The title compound was synthesized by a method analogous to Intermediate 70 starting from tert-butyl 2-({4-(4-{[(3,4-dichloro-5-methyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)carbonyl]amino}piperidin-1-yl)-6-[(methoxyamino)carbonyl]pyrimidin-2-yl}oxy)ethylcarbamate (Example 322).
