The title compound was prepared as described for Example 321 from 3,4-dichloro-5-methyl-N-piperidin-4-yl-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxamide hydrochloride (Intermediate 1) and 2-bromo-1,3-thiazole-4-carbonitrile (prepared as described in J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1952, 74, 5799).
