A solution of 5.5 g 2-(3-methoxy-6-pyridin-4-yl-pyridazin-4-yl)-indole-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and 5 ml TFA in 10 in 10 ml dichloromethane stirred for 18 h at room temperature. The solvent is evaporated and the crude product purified by suspended on water and collecting the precipitate.
