2′-chloro-9′-cyclohexyl-5′-methyl-8′,9′-dihydrospiro[cyclopropane-1,7′-pyrimido[5,4-b][1,4]diazepin]-6′(5′H)-one (Intermediate 270; 200 mg, 0.62 mmol), 4-amino-3-fluoro-N-(1-methylpiperidin-4-yl)benzamide (Intermediate 65; 157 mg, 0.62 mmol) and p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate (296 mg, 1.56 mmol) were suspended in 4-Methyl-2-pentanol (5 mL) and sealed into a microwave tube. The reaction was heated at 160° C. for 30 minutes in the microwave reactor and then allowed to cool to room temperature.
