Reaction Steps
N-(3,3-Dimethyl-6-nitro-2-oxo-1-pent-2-ynyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indol-5-yl)-3-phenyl-propionamide is prepared as described in Example 25a starting from A7 (73 mg) using THF (3 ml) as solvent. The crude material (106 mg) is used without further purification.
