Reaction Steps
To a solution of A8 (0.6 g) is added freshly prepared (E)-3-(2-nitro-phenyl)-acryloyl chloride (0.7 g; 3,31 mmol). The mixture is stirred for 2 h at RT in dry CH2Cl2 (15 ml). After an aqueous work-up the compound is obtained as a yellow solid.
