A solution of N-(6-amino-1,3,3-trimethyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indol-5-yl)-3-benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-yl-propionamide (60 mg) in acetic acid (1.6 ml) is heated in a microwave apparatus at 150° C. for 15 min. After dilution with water the mixture is extracted with EtOAc (3×15 ml). The organic layer is washed with brine, dried over MgSO4 and concentrated in vacuo to give the desired compound (57 mg).
