Procedure
The title compound was synthesized in analogy to Example 1, from 5-(4-tert-butoxycarbonyl-[1,4]diazepane-1-carbonyl)-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid, morpholine and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-carbodiimide hydrochloride, to afford the product as an off-white solid (99%).
