Procedure
To a solution of Example 32C (372.1 mg, 0.69 mmol) in methanol (5 mL) was slowly added a solution of 4 M HCl in dioxane (1.6 mL, 6.4 mmol) at 0° C. over 10 minutes via addition funnel. The mixture was allowed to stir for 5 hours at room temperature and then was concentrated under reduced pressure to provide the titled compound. MS (ESI) m/e 441 (M+H)+, 439 (M−H)−; 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) δ ppm 1.80 (m, 1 H), 2.74 (m, 1 H), 2.84 (m, 1 H), 3.09 (m, 1 H), 3.16 (t, 1 H), 3.24 (m, 1 H), 3.52 (dd, 2 H), 3.55 (m, 1 H), 3.74 (m, 1 H), 3.88 (m, 1 H), 4.51 (m, 1 H), 4.65 (d, 1 H), 4.70 (d, 1 H), 7.63 (m, 1 H) 8.06 (d, 1 H) 8.10 (d, 1 H) 8.39 (s, 1 H).
