Procedure

This material was obtained in analogy to example step A] from 1-methyl-5-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester (3.3. g) and methyl-phosphonic acid dimethyl ester (3.934 g) to give [2-(1-methyl-5-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-2-oxo-ethyl]-phosphonic acid dimethyl ester (4.48 g) as a white solid. MS (ESI): 301.0 (MH+).
