This compound was prepared from 10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepine and 4-chlorophenoxyacetyl chloride in the same manner as the preparation of 10-[(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)acetyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepine of Example 139, Step B, m.p. 120-122° C.
