This compound was from 6-(4-ethoxy-3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-1H-imidazo-[4,5-c]pyridine-4-carbonitrile (Example 1) with the use of methyl 4-bromobutyrate instead of methyl bromoacetate and using the methods described in examples 2 and 3. 1H NMR (DMSO): δ 8.69 (m, 2H) 8.43-8.38 (m, 2H) 7.42 (d, 1H) 4.44 (t, 2H) 4.27 (q, 2H) 2.29 (t, 2H) 2.11 (m, 2H) 1.38 (t, 3H). MS m/z 419.5 (M+1).
