A solution of 2-(3-chloro-propenyl)-6-(4-ethoxy-3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridine-4-carbonitrile (23 mg, 0.05 mmol), morpholine (16.1 mg, 0.15 mmol) in DMSO (500 uL) was heated to 120° C. for 5 minutes. The mixture was purified using ion exchange chromatography to afford the title compound.
