A stirred mixture of 1-Ethyl-3-[5-(3-fluoro-4-methanesulfonyl-phenyl)-4-methyl-thiazol-2-yl]-urea (Example 73) (0.05 g, 0.14 mmol) and N,N,N′-Trimethylethylenediamine (0.25 ml, 2.1 mmol) in dry DMSO (0.5 ml) is heated under argon at 120° C. for 2 hours. The solvent is in vacuo removed and the product is purified by chromatography on silica eluting with ethanol-triethylamine (98:1) to give the titled compound. MH+: 440.1051
